Joe is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Fellow of the International Society of Benefit Specialists.

Joe has been providing advice on employee benefits since 1989. His experience and knowledge and commitment to his clients in B.C., Ontario and the U.S., has earned him a reputation as a benefit specialist whose advice can be counted on.

Joe is available to meet and discuss current benefit arrangement or explore a new benefit plans for employers.

Alexandra (Alyx) Valdal

Certified Financial Planner

Alyx works with business owners, individuals, and families looking for financial guidance. She also offers support with obtaining life and health (disability/critical illness/health and dental) insurance. Alyx helps clients dialogue with their other professionals regarding Estate planning.

Alyx has been the secretary of the Vancouver Island chapter of Advocis – the financial Advisors Association of Canada – and holds her CFP designation via FP Canada. She has also served on the board of directors for Wear2Start, was nominated for a 2013 Victoria Leadership award, and was a member of the Oak Bay Rotary Club. Alyx is passionate about financial literacy; she has volunteered with BC’s Junior Achievement and taught at Camosun College.
